The game together with the wine tastings and the act of playing in company gives basic info on the region where this famous wine is born and allows you to compare different Chiantis.
The goal is to reach the finish before the other players while exploring every the area. You will pass through the town squares of each of the eight villages that make it up: San Casciano Val di Pesa, Tavarnelle VP , VP Barberino, Castellina in Chianti, Castelnuovo Berardenga, Gaiole, Radda in Chianti and Greve in Chianti.
There are spots that either reward or "punish" players. Once players arrive in each of the squares of the Chianti villages they can drink a " gotto (mug) of wine" [ "gotto" is, in dialect, a typical glass tavern] .
The last player that arrives in the last town must "pay" a glass to every other player.
The game can be played from 2 to 6 players, ages 18 and older. The box, made from recycled cardboard includes: a game in terracotta, the glass (gotto) and 6 handmade placeholders, 2 6-sided dice, the explanations of the game in Italian and English.
